1. Ownership & Copyright
All songs, compositions, recordings, and lyrics on this website are the exclusive property of Score 33 Music Licensing, founded by Stephen Johnstone and Karl Brooks.
Every track is 100 % original, written, arranged, and produced in-house by our team using real instruments, real vocals, and live performance elements.
All works are copyright protected under UK and international law and are registered with PRS for Music and other recognised collection societies.
No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, or used in any form without a valid written licence or agreement.
2. Authentic Creation & Use of Technology
Score 33 does not use AI to generate melodies, lyrics, or instrument parts.
Every composition begins with human songwriting and musicianship.
We may use advanced digital tools and mastering technology to enhance sound quality or polish production, but never to create musical or lyrical content.
This ensures that every Score 33 track is handcrafted, emotionally authentic, and fully copyright-owned by the composers.
3. Licensing & Usage Rights
Licences are granted for specific usage types and media (film, television, advertising, online, etc.) and must be agreed in writing.
All licences are non-transferable and non-exclusive unless stated otherwise.
Unauthorised use, editing, or reproduction of any Score 33 track is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action or backdated licensing fees.
4. Custom & Tailor-Made Compositions
Score 33 provides bespoke composition and production services tailored to a client’s creative brief.
All such projects are governed by separate written agreements that define ownership, delivery, and rights.
Unless agreed under a work-for-hire or exclusive buyout, Score 33 retains full copyright and master ownership.
All commissioned works are registered with PRS for appropriate royalty tracking.
5. PRS & Performance Royalties
All Score 33 music is registered with PRS for Music.
Clients must ensure correct cue-sheet submissions or reporting to PRS or their local performing-rights organisation to guarantee fair royalty distribution.
Licensing a track from Score 33 does not replace or negate public-performance reporting obligations.
6. Payment Terms
Payment must be made according to the agreed invoice or contract.
No music may be used, broadcast, or distributed until full payment is received.
Late payment may result in licence suspension or revocation.
7. Credits
Where possible, please credit:

or as otherwise stated in your contract.
8. Website & Preview Material
All content on this site is provided for demonstration and licensing purposes only.
